I REALLY Needed This!

Daffodil buds!!! I went out to take down my ‘Happy Valentine’s Day’ garden flag, and this is what I saw! We had some snow last night, but it melted.

I rushed inside to get my phone, take a pic.

I’m so done with snow, cold, winter. Bring on the spring!!!

Every year the sight of these buds just brings me such joy. I feel more energy, especially since the sun is lasting longer. Spring is on its way. I’m already thinking about my garden, my pool, opening windows for fresh air, hanging out on the patio and writing (or revising) in the warm outdoors.

But until then, it’s back to the final revisions on this manuscript so I can send it off to the editor. After that, it’s revisions on a romance series, and then finishing the outline for Excalibur Vow 2- the sequel (no, that won’t be the title) so I can start drafting that book.

Congrats to Ryan on winning the drawing for a signed copy of The Excalibur Vow and the sword bookmark with green tassel.

Fingers crossed for no more snow, an acceptance for my romance novel, and more flower buds.
